Imagine having a system that turns your business into a client magnet. It's easier than you think. It can even be exciting and fun! And it begins with simple steps:

  1. Knowing what and who you are marketing to. Do you know who your customers are? Do you know how to find them? Do you really understand why they need your product or service?

  2. Articulating clearly what you offer. Is all your communication "client centered"? Can you effectively describe how your product or service leaves your clients better off? Is your offering crystal clear and do your prospects understand all the options you are offering them?

  3. Having a sales and marketing system in place. Do you have a simple and actionable marketing plan in place? Few people will be ready to buy from you the first time you meet them. So you need a system that will allow you to keep in touch with them without taking all of your time. Do you have a process in place to guide your prospects in the decision-making process?

  4. Under-promising and over-delivering! Always give your clients more than they expect. Are you always keeping your promises and commitments? Are you up-front about the limitations of your products or services? Do you have a system to find out if your clients' expectations are being met?
