Small Business Marketing Coach Lee Shapiro

Helping small business owners
generate more sales and profits.

I've been training people in the area of sales and marketing for over 18 years. For the past 5 years, as a District Training Manager for a Fortune 500 company, I worked with sales professionals throughout the Western States. I trained them how to sell themselves and their product and coached them to implement what they've learned.

Today I use my sales and marketing expertise to help business owners increase revenues and profits. I help clients recognize and focus on high leverage activities. My success is based on years of street-learned and battle-tested experience. I use simple, effective marketing strategies that you can easily understand and quickly implement.

The underlying principle of my work is very straight forward - create long-lasting win-win business relationships. And I strive to help you do the same in your business.

Why should you do business with me?

Besides years of hands on experience I also continuously look for ways to enhance my knowledge and skills in the areas of business management and growth. You see, there are laws of running and marketing a business. Yes, I know your industry is different, unique - and that's why the specific growth strategies and marketing tactics may change from business to business. But the principles, the laws of business are universal. If you understand them your business will thrive.

I'm a student of those universal business laws. In addition to my training through Adler School of Professional Coaching I'm currently involved in two programs. The Graduate School of Coaching which helps me improve my ability to evoke change in you and your business. The second program - School of Small Business Coaching - helps me hone my capacity to help you grow your company. I'm trained to quickly "size up" your business:

- identify your specific management style and help you understand how it benefits you but also how it may hinder some of your efforts

- bring to surface and treat the real issues instead of focusing on just the symptoms

- identify hidden productivity blocks in your company and ways to eliminate them

- evaluate existing revenue strings and discover potential new profits centers

On a more personal note...
Here is all you really need to know about me.

I grew up in Toronto, Canada. I graduated from University of Toronto and then began my career as a lecturer. During that time I received my Master in Education in Toronto. Later I taught health and fitness instructors at George Brown Community College.

I believe in giving back to community. After moving to Phoenix, Arizona, I was involved in many good causes, so much so that I received a Volunteer of the Year Award from the then Mayor Herb Drinkwater. It’s still very special to me.

I love the outdoors. Growing up, my favorite summer pastime was camping in Algonquin Park (north of Toronto). It was great except for the bears.

I enjoy sports, especially skiing, sailing and biking (the bicycle variety, not motorcycle). I once started a program in university for blind skiers and it’s still going strong at this time. I also won many sailing championships in Lake Ontario.

I love taking frequent vacations. My favorite motto is: "life is too short; enjoy it while you can!"

I hope you find my site a valuable resource.
