How to Discover What Your Customer NeedsThe secrets to a consultative sale.  Through this seminar the participants learn what a consultative sale is and how to lead any conversation toward buying your merchandise or services.  The key words are “needs” and “consultative” and through this hands on presentation, each individual will come away learning how to find out what your client needs and how to sell to those specific needs.

Is Your Phone Your Friend Or Enemy? When you call a potential client, do you look at the call as something you need to do or something that you want to do?
